I was looking into red light therapy near Minnetonka and I came across Dr. Arne's clinic. I took advantage of an introductory offer to try red light therapy. While I enjoyed the red light therapy, I was very interested in some of the other offerings, which included nutritional guidance and testing of supplements. This is where I really found great value. After making some dietary changes that were consistent with the results of the nutritional testing, I have noticed my frequent headaches have gone, my sleep has improved, and even lost a few pounds without trying to. I am so glad to have found Dr. Arne, and his wonderful staff. The website is a great place to start with all they offer. I would highly recommend!

I went to Minnetonka Weight Loss to lose weight and detoxify my body holistically. I am happy to say after 5 weeks i am 20 lbs down. I have learned what foods my body tolerates and what foods my body doesn't tolerate, I can feel my body has less inflammation. My body aches have almost completely gone away. Eating healthy and getting the right supplements has made a huge difference in the way I feel. Along with the weight loss my body is releasing the toxins that have buildup in my body.
